EPSON SC-P20000 Service Support Mode

Hi everyone,

I recently encountered an issue with my EPSON SC-P20000 printer and I was wondering if anyone here has experience with accessing the Service Support Mode for this model. I have tried following the instructions in the manual, but I seem to be missing a step or something isn't working properly. If anyone has any advice or tips on how to successfully enter the Service Support Mode on the EPSON SC-P20000, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your help!
