I recently encountered a problem with my Epson PM245 printer, it is showing me an error message about the ink pad being full and needs to be reset. I have tried some troubleshooting steps but it doesn't seem to work. Has anyone here experienced the same issue before? Any advice on how to reset the ink pad on Epson PM245 printer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
