I am currently facing an issue with resetting the counter on my Epson 2528 printer. I have followed all the instructions online, but it seems like the reset process is not working for me. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? If so, could you please share your solution or any tips to troubleshoot this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
