I recently purchased an Epson ET 8550 resetter on Amazon, but unfortunately, it seems to be malfunctioning. I have tried reaching out to the seller for a replacement, but have not received a response yet. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with this product or if they have any recommendations for a reliable replacement resetter. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
