Reset counter epson rx615 not working

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson RX615 printer. I have followed all the steps in the manual but it's still not working. Can anyone please help me with this issue? I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you in advance.
